Return Policy

All products on this site are presented as part of the Time of Oceans Archive and include artifacts, documents, and recreations from the world of Mairs. By purchasing, you acknowledge that all items are represented as such.

Digital Products

• eBooks, 3D print files, and other digital materials are delivered immediately upon purchase.

• Due to the nature of digital delivery, these products cannot be returned or refunded once received.

• If a digital file is corrupt, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, contact us within five business days of receipt. We will provide a replacement copy.

Physical Products

• Any directly sold physical items (figurines, artwork) may be refunded only if they are materially defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Defective product claims must be made within 5 business days of delivery.

• Return instructions will be provided on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Affiliate Products

• Products purchased through affiliate partners (Amazon, Printful, etc.) are subject to those platforms' refund policies.

• InterWorld Publishing does not control affiliate refunds. Please contact those affiliates for assistance if needed.
